State Beauty Supply Return Policy & Warranty Information

 RETURNS

 RESALABLE MERCHANDISE

  • Resalable unopened/unused merchandise may be returned within 120 days of purchase with receipt. No return will be accepted, and no refund or store credit will be given, regardless of the reason on any product after 120 days from the date of the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
  • Products that have damaged packaging, price stickers, or are otherwise not resalable will not be accepted for return.
  • Only products that are in current manufacturer packing will be accepted for return.

 DEFECTIVES

  • Defective products and applicances may be returned within 60 days of purchase with original receipt. 
  • Please note that all manufacturer warranty claims for electrical and battery-operated items that are submitted over sixty (60) days from the date on the original receipt, packing slip or invoice must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
  • Dyson & L'Oreal Professionnel appliances MUST go through manufacturer warranty after initial purchase.

 FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Final Sale Items include Clearance, Discontinued Products, Limited Edition Products (ie. holiday gift sets, Liter Duos, Mother’s Day), Free Goods and GWP, New User Kits, Makeup, Makeup Brushes, Combs and Brushes.

 

 Once the above guidelines are met, returns will be handled in the following manner through the storefront or the home office.  

 CASH - Cash at the time of return is only avaialbe if the original tender type was cash or check and if the refund amount is under $100. Any "cash" refunds over $100 will be issued as a State Beauty Supply gift card or State Beauty Supply account credit when applicable.

 CHECK - If a check is requested, please allow 14 days for processing.

 CREDIT/DEBIT - A credit will be issued to the card used at time of purchase or a credit will be put on your account if applicable.  

 

 A restocking fee of 15% may be imposed on all returns, including open & unused products/appliances.   

 

ALL RETURNS ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF STATE BEAUTY SUPPLY.

 

 WARRANTIES

 All warranties must be submitted through the manufacturer after the time of purchase. State Beauty Supply is not responsible for manufacturer warranties.
